Victoria Sandwich Cake
Ingredients
- 6 oz butter, softened
- 6 oz sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 oz self raising flour (or all purpose flour with 1/2 tbsp baking powder)
Directions
- Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
- Beat in eggs, one at a time until creamy
- Sift and fold in flour
- Pour mixture into paper-lined cake pans and bake at 350°F until inserted toothpick comes out clean
