Quiche Crust
Ingredients
- 8 oz flour
- 5 oz butter
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 tbsp cold water
Directions
- Put flour and butter in the Vitamix and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal
- Add egg and water, then pulse until smooth dough forms
- Transfer dough from to lightly floured board
- Roll out the dough and fit into pan(s)
- Blind bake at 400°F for 12 minutes
