Directions

  1. Combine water, yeast and sugar in a bowl and allow the mixture to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the salt, oil, oats and malt.
  3. Gradually stir the flour until the mixture can be kneaded.
  4. Knead the mixture for approximately 10 minutes or until a consistent dough is achieved.
  5. Allow mixture to rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once mixture has risen make the dough into thin pizza shapes and allow them to rise for at least 1 hour.
  7. Add toppings and bake in 425°F oven for 9 or 10 minutes on parchment paper on a pizza screen (remove the parchment paper after about 5 minutes).

Adding oats is optional.
