Oat Crunchies
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups oats
- 6 oz butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
Directions
- Mix coconut, sugar, flour and oats together in bowl
- Melt butter, baking soda and golden syrup in a pan
- Let butter mixture cool slightly, then add to dry mixture and stir well
- Press mixture into a lined baking pan with the back of a metal spoon
- Bake at 375 ° F for 20-25 minutes until browned
