Nilagang Baka
Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion
- 1 heaping tbsp beef boullion
- 2-4 potatoes
- 2 bunches baby bok choy (optional)
- 1 small cabbage (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil beef in water and onion until tender
- Add beef boullion and potatoes
- Once potatoes are soft, add bok choy and cabbage
- Add salt and pepper to taste
