Muesli
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dry malt extract
Directions
- Coarsely chop cashews and walnuts
- Toast cashews, walnuts and oats in a frying pan on medium high heat for around 2-3 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in a container and shake well

Serving suggestion: Have with milk or yogurt
