Directions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice with a wire whisk
  2. Stir in butter and eggs
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and coats back of spoon
  4. Immediately pour into storage container
