Corn Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven 400°F
- In a large bowl, beat milk, butter, and egg together
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together
- Bake the corn bread for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out clean
