Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp graham crackers
- 4 tsp butter (melted)
- 1 package of PHILADELPHIA cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Directions
- Mix graham crackers and butter together and press onto springform cheesecake pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until blended.
- Add egg to cream cheese mixture, then, pour on top of graham crackers.
- Bake 35-40 min or until center is set. Allow it to cool, then, refridgerate cheesecake for four hours.
Notes
This recipe is specfically adapted for our small, blue cheesecake pan.
