Champorado
Ingredients
- 1 cup sticky rice
- 6 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
Directions
- Rinse and drain rice
- Combine rice, water, and salt in a saucepan
- Simmer until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally
- Add cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, and brown sugar
- Continue to cook on low heat just until chocolate and sugar have melted
