Brown Sugar Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl (do not stir until all ingredients have been added)
- Beat for 3 minutes
- Bake in paper-lined pan at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
