Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp bouillon
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 6 oz aged cheddar
- 1 lb broccoli
Directions
- Mix flour and oil together in a saucepan over medium heat
- Add milk, water, bouillon, paprika, and aged cheddar once flour and oil mixture starts to bubble, whisk together
- Wait until mixture reaches a boil, then add broccoli, and put on lid
- Boil until broccoli is soft then, take off heat and serve
