Almond Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cranberries
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, almond flour, oats, sugar, salt and baking powder) in a bowl
- In a seperate bowl mix oil and eggs together until throughly combined
- Add oil mixture and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps
- Put in mixture in muffin cups and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes
